The analog maker

Awkwardly fighting with my hands to play my first guitar chord was the first seemingly “impossible” task that I - and many others - faced on my guitar learning journey. After learning the open chords, barre chords were the next “impossible” thing to learn and master. As time progressed, I quickly learned that this cycle never ended and as soon as I figured out that next “impossible” thing, something else was quickly there take its spot.

Along this path I found the internet to be an invaluable source of information with people dedicating their time and going through tremendous efforts to help others learn and figure out how to get past the latest obstacle. Whether you are learning guitar techniques, music theory, or how to read a tube amp schematic, it is all easily and readily available to anyone to access on the internet.

After about a decade of benefiting from the other people’s efforts, I created this site with the hopes to give back to the awesome community that is guitar players, amp techs, and the general DIYers. If you are visiting this site I hope you will find something to help you on your own journey.
